Been a busy couple months since the last update, and I've finally gotten a chance to update this site again. The biggest update is I've totally updated the Gig Calendar for the rest of the year, and made a few corrections to the schedule as well. That schedule is now 100% updated, at least until the next new show gets added! So, now for the rundown...
Limerock news:
Limerock has been keeping busy with a good amount of gigs and rehearsals. New songs are starting to creep into the show, and the band is really starting to gel. We played out at Cafe 27 last night, and the show was a sweaty loud good time! We'll be making our debut at Sandbar in Cutler Bay in July, so that one is gonna be a good one, as Scott and I used to play there a ton with Reckless Kind, looking forward to seeing some familiar faces there that night! There are also a couple other places that we'll be making a debut at coming up as well.
Electric Mayhem news:
It's a little slower on the Mayhem front, but there are several shows coming up, as well as new songs are going to be worked in soon as well. Daisy and I are also going to be doing monthly acoustic shows down at Whale Harbor, so if you want to come hear some less loud stuff (as well as some of my original songs) make your way to those shows!
Solo Album news:
Solo album #30 is done! As far as when I'm gonna put it out, I'm waiting on my daughter, who is going to do the artwork for it. In the meantime, I'm going to drop a single from it next week, if I can get lyrics to the "B Side" song I wrote done! There will also be the final "drop" of the remaining older albums that I haven't put out on the streaming sites yet, that will probably happen before the new album drops, at least that is what I'm thinking. SO, new single (hopefully) next week, the rest of the old albums get "dumped," and then the new album will come out after that.
Other projects:
No other big news on my other projects at the moment, other than I did find out that the Incognito album seasons won't be done this year due to scheduling, but we're already planning on making it happen next year, with some remote writing in the meantime so that we'll have some stuff to work with by the time we're all in the same room.
I'm looking forward to be musically productive this summer, as I'm not doing my usual summer camp job this year, so hopefully by the fall I'll have some cool things to share with everyone, as well as having a chance to kick back and relax a bit as well. I also need to work on this site some more to make it a little cooler, and maybe do some more video stuff as well...I like having lots of options!
THAT IS ALL...TB
